Together with our production company, Kista Mäss-Service, we ensure that the exhibition content is complete and our technical staff is available to support you throughout the entire process.

As an exhibitor, you are warmly welcome to contact Kista Mäss-Service for any technical questions or to place orders before the exhibition. We strive to make your exhibition experience as comfortable and efficient as possible and are here to assist with anything you need.

Register stand personell

You can register your booth staff via My Easyfairs. All booth staff must have an exhibitor badge at the fair. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Log in to My Easyfairs with the login details you received when you booked a booth at the fair.
  2. Click on “Manage booth” for the relevant fair.
  3. Go to the “Prepare your booth” tab.
  4. Click on “Register your staff” under the “Booth staff” section.
  5. Click on “Register your staff” in the new view.
  6. You will now be redirected to a new window.
  7. Click on “Personnel” (the second tab at the top of the page in the blue field) if you are not automatically directed there.
  8. Click on “+ new” and enter the booth staff details. Click on “Next”.
  9. The person will now receive an email with their exhibitor badge to the email address you provided.
  10. Bring the exhibitor badge to the fair for a quicker and smoother entry.
Smart Badge & Visit Connect?
Capture valuable leads easily with our marketing package and Smart Badge readers at the fair. Visitors can quickly and smoothly collect your company information by touching the reader with their Smart Badge. After the fair, they will receive a summary of the information via email. With Visit Connect, part of the EasyGo package, you can easily manage and follow up on your leads without the need for additional app installations. My Easyfairs

In My Easyfairs, you can upload information about your company, your logo, contact details, register booth staff, and access banners and your digital ticket.
