Kerto-T studs for both external and inner walls

Kerto® LVL T-stud is a perfect product for load-bearing and non-load-bearing internal and external walls. With T-stud it is also possible to build dimensionally stable high walls. Timber frame construction stands as one of the most versatile systems within timber construction. The external walls utilized in timber frame constructions are finely tuned with Kerto® LVL studs, offering a highly optimized solution. These studs facilitate greater wall thickness effortlessly, as they are available in widths of e.g. 200, 300, 400 millimeters or more. Kerto LVL T-stud is suitable for load-bearing exterior walls, but also as cost-effective solution for non-load-bearing or lightly stressed walls. The dimensional stability of Kerto LVL T-stud also makes it possible to build stable tall walls. All Kerto LVL products offer easy processing with conventional woodworking tools and are easy to handle due to their low weight. For external walls, this feature simplifies the creation of energy efficient wall components with enhanced insulation using laminated veneer lumber. On the other hand, the material efficient and dimensionally stable Kerto LVL allows for reducing the stud thickness to 36 millimeters, for instance, resulting in lower material usage per square meter of wall. Kerto-Ripa Floor element. Longer span width using less material and get thinner structure

Wooden floor elements based on Kerto-Ripa® design system, are ideal for intermediate floors with spans between 5 and 8 meters and it can also reach longer spans up to 15m. Made from Kerto LVL they can have open (Open Box) or closed (Box) construction and be insulated to the client´s requirements. The element consists of structurally glued Kerto LVL components that make it possible to build projects with very rigid floor structures. The ETA certified gluing technology allows to make elements even to very large spans. These efficient and hollow core elements are manufactured under controlled environment in factories and are delivered with CE-mark by certified partners. Imagine an element that can handle bracing, sound and fire requirements, possibility of containing installations, saving height. Kerto-Ripa elements allow for thinner structures, constructions with 50% less material, and a reduction in weight. Kerto-Ripa wall structure enables up to 50 percent wood material savings in the ground floor walls of an eight-story building compared to solid wood structures. These elements provide superior stiffness and high load-bearing capacity, ensuring structural stability even under demanding conditions. The system’s versatility makes it well-suited for a range of applications, including office and residential buildings and large hall constructions, where flexibility in design and performance are essential. Kerto LVL S-beam is used as a rib and Kerto LVL Q-panel as paneling. The panel thickness and rib dimensions can be adjusted according to each projects specific technical requirements.
