The Velario® Slim is the newest product line launched by the company after the rollout of its popular Velario® and NuClick® solar roof panels across Europe. The key difference is the compact panel size of the Velario® Slim which offers greater flexibility in panel placement and ensures that even more roof space can be covered with energy-generating solar panels. The optimized design and technical upgrades make the Velario Slim® the most powerful purpose-built solar roofing product available on the market.

The narrow 471mm effective roof coverage of the Velario® Slim panels compares with the Velario® ’s 550mm size, but keeps the hallmark features of the original product – a discreet, Scandinavian design which aims to suit any property without compromising on its aesthetic appeal, exceptional levels of resistance to harsh weather conditions (including hail), and an easy 2-in-1 installation process. The barely-there style of the panels has made Roofit.Solar’s solar roofs an increasingly popular option for upscale home renovations and clean energy retrofits for heritage buildings, including the National Library of Estonia.

As well as boosting efficiency through increased roof coverage, the roof panels are also 18% more energy efficient thanks to advanced TOPCon cell technology, which delivers 190 W/m², compared with the original Velario® ‘s efficiency of 160 W/m². Solar modules with TOPCon integration are more durable, degrade more slowly, and perform more efficiently in low-light conditions, meaning they are less reliant on sunny weather for electricity generation.
